efficient air distribution
An efficient home is inherently air-tight, utilizing a ventilation system to maintain indoor air quality. To achieve this, ducts are sealed to reduce drafts, moisture, pollen, pests and noise. The Elements extensive sealing results in less than 4% air loss.

efficient equipment
Home comfort and efficiency also depends on the installation of proper heating and cooling equipment. HVAC systems for the condominiums and townes are energy efficient with a SEER rating of 13. Systems are properly sized and installed resulting in even temperatures throughout each home.

efficient lighting
The Elements homes use compact fluorescent lighting (CFLs) throughout. CFLs use 75% less energy than standard incandescent bulbs and last 10 times longer.

efficient appliances
Both the condominiums and the townes are equipped with Energy Star appliances, including dishwashers and refrigerators.
